MediaLynx supports local Indian orphange in Chennai. Over the last year, MediaLynx has contributed to the Freedom Childrens Orphanage http://www.freedom.org.in/index.htm. The owners, and the Director of Operations (Louis Swakkiam, an ordained minister) have visited and contributed to the orphanage. Recently, a USD $2500 water filtration system was installed on their main water supply for safe drinking water. This fall, a computer lab and library will be established for the benefit of the children, many of whom lost their parents in the 2005 Tsunami that hit India and other Asian countries.

MediaLynx has partnered with NUW Editorial Services based in Poughkeepsie, NY enabling MediaLynx to be a full service provider to its publishing clients. MediaLynx has made the Inc. 500 list for 2007 which recognizes the 500 fastest growing companies in America. It has experienced a 611% growth in just the past 3 years.

Chennai, India office opens
MediaLynx-India, a fully owned subsidiary of MediaLynx—a U.S. based corporation—officially opened it's Chennai office in July 2007. The company is currently adding 150 staff positions due to strong customer demand in the publishing services sector. It's modern office in the heart of Chennai's business district is currently being expanded with an additional 4,000 square feet of space. The expansion is due to be operational in December 2007.

MediaLynx-India has completed the asset purchase of an India BPO company specializing in the Publishing Services sector. The company provides state-of-the-art technology-driven products and services to leading publishers and university presses across the globe.

Director of Art & Design
Vivien Abraitis joined the MediaLynx staff as the leader of its Design, Illustration & Photo Research department. She most recently worked for Harcourt School where she led a design team who won the prestigious "Best Cover Design Series" in the 2007 New York Book Show. Previous to Harcourt, she was an integral part of the design staff at Macmillan/ McGraw-Hill.

Mumbai, India office opens
MediaLynx expands it's publishing services to India with a new office in the heart of Mumbai, India. This world class, state-of-the-art facility, in a modern highrise building, will be staffed 24 hours a day with experienced employees from the educational publishing sector. Production services including typesetting, conversion, NIMAS coding, technical illustration, scanning, eLearning, and data entry will be globally managed at this facility.
